  • Where are you located? 

We are a virtual bakery and are only available for purchase through our website and events. Follow our journey as we grow into our first brick-and-mortar location. 

 

  • Are your products Infused?

Dope Cookie Bar operates in the State of Georgia where THC infused products are still illegal. We do not offer any THC infused products at this time. However, as Georgia legislation progresses, so will we!  Follow us on social media to be the first to know when infused products have been added.

 

  • What is your cancellation policy?

Orders can be cancelled at any time before your order is shipped. To cancel, send an email to Hello@DopeCookieBar.com with the purchaser's full name and order number. Once an order has been shipped, the order is no longer eligible for refund or cancellation.

 

  • Can I change my order at any time?

Order changes are only accepted PRIOR to shipping.

To update your order, send an email to Hello@DopeCookieBar.com with the purchaser's full name, order number and changes requested.

 

  • I am allergic to nuts. Can nuts be removed from my order?

Short answer - No. There are no substitutions allowed at this time. We recommend ordering a product that best fits your cookie preferences. 

 

  • How do I reheat my cookie bars?


To reheat in microwave (Recommended):

Remove cookies from box and resealable pouch. Place your Dope dessert on a microwave safe plate. If products are at room temperature, microwave up to 3 cookie bars at 10-second intervals until desired warmth is achieved. 

Cookie bars are best when consumed within 3 days of receipt. Immediately freeze uneaten cookie bars for up to 3 months.

 

  • I have a nut allergy. Will the ingredients be listed on the packaging?

Absolutely.....well, sorta! Although we offer flavors that contains nuts, those flavors are baked last in an attempt to avoid any cross-contamination of nuts. All cookie bars that contain nuts have the allergen ingredient in its flavor title. For example, "Salted Caramel Pecan" or "Peanut Butter Brownie".

However, even our strongest effort may not always be enough. Our products are baked in a facility that produces items containing tree nuts and peanuts. If the recipient has a nut allergy, we recommend that our products are not consumed.
